Eyitayo-Oyesode examines the tax capacity in Nigeria and concludes that as Nigeria pursues its Economic Recovery and Growth Plan18 which expires in two years, it is important for the government to critically examine the mechanism being employed to fulfill the objectives of the plan. Partnership is a key tool that should be considered at this time to address systemic issues that limit Nigeria’s domestic revenue mobilization potential.
