Professor Akintunde Emiola, KSC, LL.B (Lond), LL.M, Ph.D., BL., is a Counsel (Advisory Consultant) to Claritas Legal Practitioners, and a Emeritus Professor of Business Law and Former Dean of Faculties of Law, Ambrose Alli University, Delta State University, and Niger Delta University.

He has authored several law books that include Nigerian Labour Law, Nigerian Company Law, Corporation Law, and Remedies in Administrative Law, among others.
