Dr. Cyril Obika, PhD, BL, ACTI., is a Lecturer and Postgraduate Coordinator/Academic Adviser at the Faculty of Law, Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT).

He teaches the law of taxation, and the law of Contract at the undergraduate Level. His area of research interest include law of taxation, labour law, mining and data protection.

Dr. Obika intensively published locally and internationally.
