Joseph Mbadugha, SAN, is a practicing Barrister. He is the principal of McCarthy Mbadugha, SAN & Co. and heads the Cross-Border Commercial and Environmental Law Practice of the firm. He is an author of a leading textbook on Arbitration in Nigeria and has been a Visiting Professor of International Arbitration at Lazarski University, Lazarski, Warsaw, Poland.
