He is a Professor of Law at the Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan, (UI) Nigeria. He holds the degrees of LLB (Hons) University of Lagos, Bachelor of Laws Degree (B.L), Masters in Law Degree (LL.M) Unilag and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) UI. Currently he is teaching Company Law, Land Law, Banking and Insurance Law at the LL.B level, and Comparative Company Law and Law of Civil Litigation at the LL.M level. He has published about 40 papers in reputable
journals including four books.

His core area of specialization is Comparative Company Law and Property Law. He was the Head of Department of Private and Business Law now Commercial and Industrial Law and he was the immediate past Sub-Dean Postgraduate for the Faculty of Law UI. He was awarded a Post-Doctoral
Fellowship at the Center for Comparative Law in Africa Cape Town University, Cape Town, South Africa in 2017. He was recently appointed Professor of Law by the Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State in 2017 where he is the Head of Department Private and Property Law.
