Maxwell Ukpebor is a partner, MAS Tax and Legal Services and works in the  Commercial Law Practice Group. He has extensive experience in general corporate and commercial law, oil and gas and tax litigation.

He is the founder/editor in chief of Tax Law Report of Nigeria (TLRN) and Tax Journal of Nigeria (TLJN).

Maxwell is an expert in tax litigation and has handled many cases that have helped in developing the Nigerian tax laws.

Maxwell is also a prolific writer and tax educator and has presented papers on taxation in and outside Nigeria.
