Mr Azih is reputed as an astute litigation and dispute resolution expert, with proven competence in commercial litigation, employment and labour law litigation and advisory, family law, and data privacy/consumer protection litigation and advisory.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Maritime Law Association (NMLA) – the local branch of Comite Maritime International (CMI). He served as a member of the Nigeria Maritime Law and Procedure Reform Committee – charged with reviewing Nigerian maritime substantive and procedural legislations/rules to make recommendations towards repositioning maritime law and practice in Nigeria in line with international best practices.
