Olaniran Osotuyi, LLM (Cantab), BL., is a Partner, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, Lagos. He heads the Firm’s Enterprise Practice Group where he provides invaluable client support on corporate establishment structures and advises on a broad range of matters including corporate restructuring, investment support and capital importation, trusts, divestments and corporate regulatory matters in different sectors.
